The three days went really well and we got the chance to showcase our product range to the many friendly people who came to support the process expo.

It was great being able to showcase some of our products, from the Mini Sonic level sensor which is great for monitoring and controlling smaller tanks to the 26GHz radar with a max range of 73 meters for extremely dusty applications.We also brought along our Mill-sonic mill monitoring system, which uses audio signal converters to monitor the sound levels in grinding mills to produce an output signal which is used to regulate the feed of the mill, reducing over grinding and eliminating plugging as well as loss of production.

We donated various instruments such as, Pressure transmitters, Ultrasonic level sensors,Pressure gauges and Magnetic float Switches towards the training of personnel working in the Power Stations.

We invited engineers who work in the areas of: Mill construction and  power generation to join us for this exciting and informative day.

The purpose of this seminar was to promote the Mill-sonic system, which is an audio signal converter that monitors the

sound levels produced by the impact inside the grinding mill.

This then provides the operator with an output signal which allows automatic feed control into the mill.

Benefits of using the Mill-sonic system include, uniform grind, reduced over grinding and increased productivity.
